Applying for Membership of the Society

To apply for Membership of the Society you need to be a registered practitioner of your profession and eligible for AHPRA registration. Complete the membership form below and forward it to the Secretary of ASH Vic.

Full membership for the full financial year is: $198 including GST

New members joining between 1 January and 30 June pay: $99 including GST
